It can be the difference between creating a strong relationship or ending up having a conflict. According to a LinkedIn survey done a few years back, communication is one of the most sought-after soft skills for professionals.
A big part of Reactree’s vision includes prioritizing the team’s learning experiences as well as mental well-being. And to encourage this growth and enhance performance positively, it is important to organize such training events that can provide our teams to gain knowledge and grow out of their comfort zones and become better professionals.
And what better way to start with than communication, i.e. the one skill that’s most required in a dynamic agency life, where client communication and relationships take center stage.
And so, keeping in mind the company’s vision and the nature of our work, the aim behind this training was to provide everyone at Reactree with the necessary level of information that can help them overcome the issues they face in communication, time management, and other necessary soft skills.
